Just one cigarette a day increases risk of stroke and heart disease

An article published in the BMJ has suggested that even one-a-day smokers have a much greater risk of stroke and heart disease than those who have never smoked.

Published on Thursday, the analysis of 141 studies has garnered international press coverage.
